Version 2.0 of my website

I've recently moved my Nate Spidgewood Productions website! I've decided to move away from Freewebs since my website on there is way too complicated to edit on HTML. Now everything is much better on Weebly.

Anyway, go to the new website and enjoy it!

Oh hey.

I've got important news. I'm sorry for the longest break I've ever had. It's been a while since I published Derek the Rock Star on the internet. From now on, I'm getting back to work and starting to do more cartoons, artwork, and stuff like that since I'm starting to get much better very recently. I'll be drawing more comics of Tara and John and The Little Wolf and the Bad Little Girl. Also, I have a couple of projects currently planned. Some of them are:

The Life of Nate Spidgewood - Set in the suburban town of Sahuarita, Arizona, it's a new animated
series about a lazy and rebellious teenage boy named Nate who spends his time hanging out with friends and playing video games. His life at school and his house is sometimes good, and sometimes terrible.

The Oddball Armadillos - A spin-off of Tara and John about Arry the Armadillo (a character from said comic) and his brother Dilly as they live in the desert of Texas.

And that's not all: Last month, I published a Derek the Rock Star novel on the Web. It's available to buy at Lulu.com.

To top all of this, everything is starting to feel like 2009 again. Now I'm starting to go back to work. Boy, am I lucky.

Derek the Rock Star is now online!

Hey everyone! I'm sorry for not touching this blog in a long time, but apparently I'm bored. Today, I've uploaded a story (a screenplay-like thing) that I've written for five months called Derek the Rock Star. It's about a teenage rock star named Derek Finn whose job was ruined by a group of FBI agents that hate rock music, so he teams up with his bandmates to defeat the agents and take the genre back.

I've been kicking around with this project for three years because I had this strange dream about a rock star fighting a baby-esque guy for ruining his concert. So it took two months after that to develop the story, and then a year later it took five months to write the final story.

So today, Derek the Rock Star is finally published online! If you haven't read it, please go to www.natespidgewood.webs.com/downloads.html and download the story along with some artwork for it (and there, it replaced the old screenplay for The Life of Nate Spidgewood, which I recently decided to turn into a web series). Or go to my recently made account on Writing.com and read it! The story is just exciting for me, and it's one of my personal favorites.
